Refund policy
- Returns are accepted if the product is in any way faulty.
- All care is taken to deliver items as per requested time frame but cannot be guaranteed.
- Due to the nature of any antibacterial products, and health and safety reasons, hand sanitiser is a product that is exempt from being returned to JEM. We cannot accept returns for products that are hazardous, flammable liquids or gases. Please review the product listing carefully as all sales are final.
